Communications & Leadership Potential Identification & Development

The Communications And Leadership Potential Identification And Development Department was formed to help us fulfil our core mission of Raising Leaders as a church. The department is responsible for identifying and developing members, especially from our Youth and New Breed Ministries with leadership potentials. This will help to bridge the leadership gap and to prepare potential leaders to take on critical responsibilities in our church and the community.

The Department's Mandate:

To serve as a legitimate platform for our church MCs.
To identify potential public speakers and develop them.
To offer training for all to-be MCs.
To train special MCs for our special programmes such as Breakthrough Festivals, Easter Conventions, Friends and Families Day Celebrations etc.
To identify and develop leadership potentials so the church can have a buck up of leaders for our departments and ministries.

Membership in this department is extended to any ICGC Faith & Miracle Temple member who expresses interest and has public speaking and leadership capabilities.
