Single Adults Ministry

Here at ICGC Faith & Miracle Temple, our Single Adults Ministry exists to provide the platform for our unmarried members (ages 20+) to come together for times of fellowship and to grow deeper in their relationship with God and with one another. The ministry also serves our single adults with a support and advice system to singles who desire to marry and empower those who desire not to marry to live fulfilling and fun life.

We desire to build a vibrant ministry that provides our singles with the foundation needed to live a successful Christian life. We are a support system that encourages one another with the Word of God, comforts with the Spirit of God, and fellowships with the Love of God. We share scriptural and moral lessons that will guide the code of living for single youth of the church. Our mission is to raise responsible singles through in-depth counseling and discovery of purpose among registered members.

Mission statement explained

Word of God: - We understand that Jesus Christ is the Word of God. We declare Jesus in all our deeds, words, and actions. John 1:1-14

Spirit of God: - We understand that if we want to have and enjoy the life God has given us, then we need to learn to follow the prompting and leading of the Spirit of God. Romans 8:1-2

Love of God: - Christian fellowship is more than attending church; it is assimilating into the body of believers, becoming ‘one’ in worshipping, loving, caring, and sharing. I John 1:7

Qualifications for Membership

Every unmarried member (single adult) of our church must fulfil the following requirements to qualify as a member of the ministry;

Be a Member of ICGC Faith and Miracle Temple.
Be 20 years of age and older.
Have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
The individual must be single.
Follow all attendance and disciplinary guidelines of the Ministry.

our activities/programs

Members of the Single Adults Ministry meet on the third and last Sundays of every month at 6:30 pm to pray, worship, and study the Word of God.

We periodically organize seminars, workshops, and symposia to train, develop and empower our singles. We also organize outing programs, camp meetings and other recreation activities to foster fellowship and unity amongst our members.
